Jon Miller serves as the Vice President of Finance at Carbonvert. With extensive expertise in tax credit investments and project finance, Jon's career spans various pivotal roles in the financial sector. His experience includes raising equity, capital markets advisor, partnership tax and transaction advisor, investment manager, and debt underwriter. Jon has raised over $300 million in renewable energy tax credit equity from over 25 investors. He has transacted on over $2 billion of renewable energy projects for some of the nation’s largest developers and institutional investors. He holds the CFA Charter, CFA ESG Investing certification, Series 63 and 7 securities licenses, and has served as a board member for Solar Energy International. Jon earned his BBA in Finance from the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire.
