Sarah Stoneking is the General Counsel of Carbonvert and is responsible for all aspects of Carbonvert’s legal affairs. Sarah has over 15 years of experience as a corporate lawyer in the energy industry with an emphasis on renewable energy infrastructure project development, construction, operation and financing, including tax equity financing. Most recently, Sarah served as General Counsel of a utility-scale renewable energy developer and EPC contractor. Sarah holds a Juris Doctor from the Georgetown University Law Center, a master’s degree from Stanford University and a bachelor’s degree from Princeton University.
