Zoya Husain
Geologist
Zoya serves as a Geologist at Carbonvert, where she specializes in the geological and subsurface dimensions of CCS projects. Having recently completed her MS in Carbon Management from Columbia University, Zoya has conducted research in carbon storage/mineralization and carried out projects centred around carbon reduction technologies. During her internship at Equinor, Zoya contributed significantly to assessing the storage security of CCS wells. Previously, Zoya worked at Shell for 4 years in Petrophysics (Subsurface) and Production Technology (Wells, Reservoir and Facilities Management) domains with a focus on O&G production optimization. She holds a bachelors in Geoscience Engineering.
